History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Varis was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Varis decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Herbalist kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
