He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Himo lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His childhood dream was to be a Gardener, but he was a colossal failure. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Gardener they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ruler, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult
