Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Paelias was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: Himo wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Himo lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and to unite with his brother

Description: He is lean but muscular and is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, green shirt, and grey tie. His blonde hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born in the south. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Born to a Guard, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently the stress of being a Shepherd has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
