History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is a Gardener first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, goblins burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Arannis was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it.
