History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

History: Heian lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled mother and took his mother's old job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to work out more often
