History: Theriatis was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Theriatis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Theriatis. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Soveliss hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has worked as a Mercenary like his mother before him.
