He has gleaming, smiling gray eyes.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Efferil was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with writing. He constantly tries to fill his life with writing. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to reunite with his absent mother

Voice: Soft and mumbly

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic left leg, he wears an entirely blue suit with grey socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He keeps his long white hair kept up in a rat tail. He has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lucan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lucan. After months of barely getting by, Lucan managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.
