Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of illithids may trigger it at times.

History: Beiro hails from a village terrorized by illithids. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has achieved small success as a Dilettante.

History: He got into the Sellsword business at a young age. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Being a Sellsword kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: To protect his home; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
