Traki grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Traki. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him.
