History: Carrie was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Ivellios was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Varis's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Varis was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Varis decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.
