History: He comes from a rich southern family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Berrian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Berrian. He now mingles about in high society.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. Through the years after Lamlis was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Lamlis's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
