History: The child of a Carter, who enjoyed hunting, Efferil was taken on many hunting expeditions. Through the years after Efferil was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Efferil's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.
