History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he feels threatened by others

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He is dressed in an above average manner. His red hair is braided into rings. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Varis was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Eiravel will drive conversation. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Eiravel fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of orcs once and for all.

History: Riardon lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Riardon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and doesn't want to be a stylist and was forced into it by his family
