History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Rolen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was born in the south. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

History: Efferil was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Bather, but he was a colossal failure. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Efferil never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Tharivol has worked very hard to control his curse. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
