Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

History: He was born in the south. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He struck the Ploughman job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He got into the Herbalist business at a young age. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Herbalist responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Elven compassion; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born in the north to a Dilettante, Thervan learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Dilettante. He's also a talented Engraver, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
