History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Heian took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hammer and armor he uses now. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
