History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He worked as a nervous Scribe and found it very stressful. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
