History: Born in the north to a Cook, Berrian learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He tends to his Cook job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Rolen enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Rolen was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Hadarai has worked very hard to control his curse. He now mingles about in high society.
