History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thervan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thervan. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 4'10". He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, and his gloved hand is found clutching a longsword. His long black hair reaches down to his waist. His gray eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Traki liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Being a Soapmaker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears tattered old clothes. His silver hair is greasy and uncared for. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Raer was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Raer decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was granted psionic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
