Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was born in a small plains village. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. After a long history of fighting, Efferil and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and revenge

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
