History: Born to a Mortician, his father struggled to pay the bills. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and to reunite with his old friends

He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. After a long history of fighting, Peren and his spouse have recently divorced.
