Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Laucian's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Laucian lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He became a Scribe soon after.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Brewer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shoemaker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Herbalist, and he later adopted a second daughter.
