Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. This gray eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Tailor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. After coming to the age of reason, Heian took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
