Description: An older man who has a large green mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his brown robe, he is not a threatening figure. Sporting a white mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. After a long history of fighting, Quarion and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is greedy
