History: Gifted from a young age, Aust studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Aust grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Aust. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Shipwright born in the past three hundred years. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shipwright. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
