History: Born in the west to a Mayor, Peren learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
