Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is wearing a long, blue, dusty cloak. His hair is silver and curly. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He is a Doppelganger in disguise. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lucan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lucan. He would ruin relationships and cause injury.
