Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he prefers to wear tan pants and tee shirts. He has dyed his greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Uthemar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Uthemar decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
