He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Paelias was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting orcs, the young Paelias began to lead the lost caravan. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Galinndan is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
