Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Arannis embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is greedy

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was born in the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and money/treasure

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears long strands of topaz and short brown dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His white hair has been sun bleached extensively. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Guard born in the past three hundred years. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a Guard soon after.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business

Description: This slender man stands about 4'7". He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Theren is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to goblins.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born in the east. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down
