Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Lamlis was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: He was born into a rich family. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 9 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Vanuath never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.
