History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Gennal was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mason. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears brown trousers with grey and yellow striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He has no hair. He has a dull look in his gray eyes.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Efferil is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Efferil was born the youngest of three triplets. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Efferil took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up glaive and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Armorer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has worked as a Armorer like his mother before him.
