History: He comes from a rich southern family. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: The child of a Performer, who enjoyed hunting, Aelar was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Varis was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.
