Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Shipwright kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: The child of a Crown-heir, who enjoyed hunting, Uthemar was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: Koeth lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Koeth never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Naeris grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Naeris. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
