Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Lucan was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Lucan's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
