Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
