History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Ruler. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
