History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. After a long history of fighting, Rael and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town.
