Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the west were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
