Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Gifted from a young age, Paelias studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Paelias grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paelias. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
