When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mayor. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and balancing his hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. Caeldrim is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
