Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Fletcher business.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Varis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Varis. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and retire the richest man in the east

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Lamlis is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Farmer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Spice Merchant, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Description: He is an average looking southern male in his early mid-life. He is dressed in earthy colors with a red and brown handkerchief worn on his right side. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. During his travels, Suhnae and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Suhnae discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Suhnae fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

His silver hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is a Baker first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He got into the Baker business at a young age. At some point he was captured by drow and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
