History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rolen grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rolen. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Butcher business.

History: Azaki was raised in a hard working conservative environment. After coming to the age of reason, Azaki took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Butcher.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Butcher responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Heian's homeland. Heian decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and money/treasure

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Detective business.

History: Rael hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Rael was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Detective. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
