Personality: He is fixated on the number 74. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Laucian was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Varis was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. After a long history of fighting, Varis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region.
