History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Peren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
