Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Through the years after Varis was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Varis's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Varis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever
