History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A freak accident while working with his Mortician mother left him crippled. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Berrian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Through the years after Paelias was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Paelias's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
