History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Mindartis has worked very hard to control his curse. During his travels, Mindartis and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Mindartis discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Mindartis fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
