Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born in the south to a Carter, Rolen learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He became a Carter soon after.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. Being a Sage kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A gifted student he started as a Courier, but he got bored and became a Mortician. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 11 years.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Marshal work with an outfit from a few towns over. Marshal work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.
