History: Aelar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mercenary they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Sailor, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a crush on the local Bricklayer; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
